1) What data may be processed
Depending on how you use our website and vendor portal, we may process:
- Basic account information (e.g., name, email address)
- Authentication identifiers (e.g., Facebook/Google user ID)
- Vendor profile information you submit (e.g., business name, description, location, contact details)
- Technical logs required for security and fraud prevention
We do not sell your personal data.
2) How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and/or personal data, please email us at:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The email address you used to register/login
- The provider you used (Facebook or Google), if applicable
- Your vendor/business name (if you have a vendor profile)
3) What happens next
After receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity (to protect your account)
- Delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we must keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons
- Confirm completion by email
Typical completion time: up to 30 days.
4) Deleting Facebook data (optional)
If you logged in using Facebook, you may also remove our app’s access from your Facebook settings:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Select Settings
- Go to Apps and Websites
- Find MEIG Vendors Login (or “My Event in Greece”)
- Click Remove
Removing access from Facebook stops future data sharing, but may not delete data already stored on our systems. To delete stored data, please contact us using the email above.
